Dr. Jordan Wiley
Dr. Jordan Wiley grew up outside Seattle, Washington and moved to the Crozet area in July 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry while graduating summa cum laude at Virginia Tech. He returned to Washington where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington.
He is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle King County Dental Society. He is looking forward to joining the Virginia Dental Association in the near future.
He places a strong emphasis on preventative dentistry and strives to thoroughly connect and communicate with each of his patients.
Dr. Jordan Wiley enjoys rock climbing, golfing, when he is not spending time with his wife Megan and their dogs, Birdie and Bogey.
Dr. Dan Nuckols
Dr. Dan Nuckols was raised on his family’s cow and pumpkin farm in Gretna, VA. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and then a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, TX.
He has received multiple academic awards, notably for his work in oral medicine at VCU. Due to his passion for community service, he has participated in many service trips in Virginia and abroad. He is excited about dental technologies and their use in esthetic and implant dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
His focus is providing comprehensive care by building trusting relationships with his patients first.
Dr. Nuckols enjoys hiking, exercising, reading, and spending time on the farm with family.
Mary, Office Manager
Mary graduated from Charlottesville High School. She attended Piedmont Virginia Community College and studied business management. She has been with the practice since 2011. Mary has great communication skills and is always doing her best to make sure that patients are scheduled and informed. She enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her daughter and three dogs.

I am from Stuarts Draft. I enjoy photography and spending time with my fiancé in my spare time.
Kim D. Lupachino, RDH
I have been practicing Dental Hygiene more than 22 years. I am a former Clinical Dental Hygiene Instructor. I received my education in Pennsylvania. I now live in the beautiful Shennandoah Valley, near Middlebrook. I have been married to my husband, Walter, for over 40 years.Together we enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, sightseeing and spending time with our daughter.
Leah, Registered Dental Hygienist
Leah was born and raised in a small town south of Chicago. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and renewed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009. She moved to Northern Virginia following completion of her degree, where she worked as a hygienist and rock climbing instructor. She moved to Charlottesville in 2014. In her free time, Leah enjoys traveling, cycling, gardening, exploring, and raising chickens. On the weekends in May through October she can usually be found at different venues photographing weddings.
Jennifer, Dental Assistant
I have worked in the dental field for approximately 20 years. I started in a pediatric office. My passion is taking care of people. I have been a training consultant, adjunct faculty, and office manager. Outside of dental, I love traveling, camping, and hiking with my husband and four children. My lab mix and I love to snuggle on the sofa after a long day of work.
